SQN is launching a new season of the audio drama podcast, Tomorrow’s A New Day on January 18, 2023. Tomorrow’s A New Day (https://anchor.fm/tandpodcast) revolves around the lives of the fictional residents of Old Cove and focuses on the Abernathy family as they experience love, triumphs, and tragedies.
The most recent season adds new cast members James Lott Jr and Rick A Clifton to the lineup. Lott Jr and Clifton will be playing a mysterious couple who arrive in town to air some old grievances and exact some new revenge. Clifton will also be directing several episodes in season two. Fan favorites Gregory B. Barbera and Lauren Naeyaert will return in their respective roles, Lewis Abernathy and Elena Wollstonecraft. Matthew Matsyik, who returns as Sawyer Abernathy, has also been elevated to series co-writer. Aaron Wallis serves as the series creator.
Wallis says, “The world of daytime soaps has always been a passion of mine, and launching Tomorrow's A New Day was my way of supporting this genre. I’m excited to be able to continue bringing diverse, relevant, and impactful LGBTQ+ representation and narratives to the forefront in today’s media landscape.”
